Coronavirus updates

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

With the health and well being of the children, families, staff, students and wider community our priority we respond to the guidance and advice we are given.

We are asking all children to wash their hands as they arrive at Nursery and regularly through the day.

☆☆☆Updated guidance 16th March 2020☆☆☆

The advice about Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been updated today. There is further advice about when to stay at home and advice to minimise social contact .

The advice about staying at home is:

if you have symptoms, stay at home for 7 days

if you live with other people, they should stay at home for 14 days from the day the first person got symptoms

If you live with someone who is 70 or over, has a long-term condition, is pregnant or has a weakened immune system, try to find somewhere else for them to stay for 14 days.

If you have to stay at home together, try to keep away from each other as much as possible. For more information please see the NHS Coronavirus website: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/

Please help us in sharing simple and effective hand hygiene messages.
